For centuries, spa-based plants have been used for therapeutic or beauty. The Egyptians made good use of a bath herbal therapy. Cleopatra would have bathed in milk herbs and flowers to keep your skin soft and moist. Romans bathing in community-based plants, the forerunner of the modern spa.
